It could be a problem with one or more menus. Do a Save As and give the new saved project a different name.
Delete the first menu from the project and add a new one. It doesn’t matter which one, this is only for testing.
Link the first play timeline to the new menu and preview. What happens?

What version of Encore? In CS4, the *only* time markers come over from Premiere is via Dynamic Link. IOW, when you use the “Send to Encore” command from Pr or the “Import Premiere Pro Sequence” command from Encore.

Just a thought – did you undo your Revert to Original before you tried to re-link to the transcoded version? That may be why it didn’t work.
Is it too late to undo? Do you have any previous versions of the project that you can roll back to?

Then you’ll need to point Encore to the untranscoded version and re-transcode.

Try pointing Encore to the transcoded version of the file, which is in the
SourcesTranscodes folder for your current project. -Jeff

Did you build the project or transcode the sequence prior to making the changes in Pr? If so, then you need to Revert to Original before En will see the changes. Once a file is transcoded, En uses the transcoded version until you tell it not to.

Assume:
Audio track 1 = English
Audio track 2 = FrenchSet the English button link to Audio track 1 using the Specify Link… option.
Set the French button link to Audio track 2 using the Specify Link… option.
That should get you what you want.

Leopard was released after Encore CS3. The highlights work perfectly well when the disc is authored on Tiger.
Blame Apple and whatever changes they made to their OS.
It’s akin to a Windows user complaining that Encore CS3 doesn’t work on Windows 7, when it works perfectly well on Windows XP.
