Noah,

So besides the free 14-140mm panasonic we would get, can you advise a few lenses to start with? I truly want to make use of the shallow DOF capabilities of these interchangeable lenses.

I have a ton to learn on using lenses – besides learning how to use the AF-100. Thanks for the link to the DVD.

I was literally noticing that as your message popped up – thanks!! Would that be something equivalent to the EXlenses we have been using?

Your response is filled with great advice. The final comment about the cannon 24-70 lens is exactly what I wanted to know.

Our projects vary so greatly (news pieces to full blown TV ads) – we hope to use this shallow depth of field look to accentuate interviews and more artistic style stories about the programs we offer.

I notice you have the Sony EX-1 listed in your cameras – do you have an opinion on the lens adapter we use? We are leaning towards the Letus Elite package (though I really want the Ultimate) because it offers the adapter, rods for mounting, and a choice of lenses for one price.

Thoughts?

I just sent off a message contacting them about their products. Can you advise me on what type of lenses to buy? Where to buy them?

Any thoughts on the Letus line?
