ok im fairly new to this.. and i got put in a position to create graphics for this commercial and ive never really done graphics for a commercial before.. what is the best way to output this?

thank you jason,, ,, im working with 8-bit uncompressed square pixel, 1600×1080.. then taking that comp and dropping it in a D1 720×486 .9 comp.. will this work out?.. can i go to broadcast with this.. or do i need to make other steps first?
