It’s not pixellation for the whole duration of the shot – just a momentary flash of pixellation near the beginning, for less than second, but long enough to be noticeable and distracting.
I understand that 38 Kb is really too small, and I can accept a little pixellation there, but with the other images it’s baffling. When I render to WMV or mp4 it doesn’t do it, only with QuickTime.
The dimensions on all the images are different. Some of them have a bit depth of 8, others 24. It doesn’t seem to matter, though – when the image comes on screen, with a slight zoom in happening, there’s a flash of artefacting/pixellation that makes it look like crap. Then it looks fine again.
