I don’t know about the others, but the GH2 has nice HDMI output. I use mine with a SmallHD DP6, which downsamples to 1280×720, but if you have a 1080p monitor, that’s what you’ll see.

I’m glad my hours upon hours of troubleshooting could benefit you. I’m sure somebody at AJA knows how this works, but the support staff I talked to gave me a lot of other things to try, which didn’t work. I did tell the second fellow I talked to. Perhaps if I were more technically adept, it would make more sense to me, but as it is now, it seems rather counter-intuitive. But hey, it’s great to have solid A/V output!

John, I’m using FCPX with an AJA ioXT and I couldn’t get my 720p timelines to play out correctly until I set the Primary Format in the AJA Control Panel to 1080sf23.98. Don’t ask me why, but it works.
