For the DV footage we are going in via firewire, all of are beta footage goes through the AJA I/O box. We’ve been using the same set up through easy set up for over two years and this problem just started occuring. The defualt for our easy set up is set up for the AJ/IO Component 8bit, and when it’s time to input any dv footage I switch it to DV-NTSC for capture, and switch the sequence settings to DV if most of the footage is going to be DV.
