Bummer, I checked everything, all setting are correct but still get the nasty audio. Clip plays great on my mac, but not in the Ki Pro. Maybe a timecode issue?

    Thanks Jeremy,

I have the audio outputs set properly, I’ll check my output channel, maybe that’s the issue. Thanks.

I changed the sequence audio grouping settings from stereo to dual mono

24bit timeline. I’m pretty sure everything is set correctly regarding dual mono, but I must be missing something is all I can figure.

I like poo is poo. Well maybe that’s just the issue. I unfortunately am stuck having to finish this project in HDV. I’ve worked with HDV in the past, I just can’t believe the keys would look that suckish, I mean I know HDV is one the worst formats to key, but, oh well, thanks so much for the help.

Shane, thanks so much for your reply. Sorry for the confusion in my post, the AE keys were exported using the animation codec, however they were converted to HDV as well as the other media inside Final Cut. I checked out Shane’s Stock Answer #2 before posting, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I only say that because the sequence renders out the same low quality that I have in the timeline. It makes sense that playback might be lower quality, but I don’t understand why the renders are coming out the same way. Thanks again.

Your kidding? I feel dumb. I really wish the answer was something at least a little more complicated, and less in your face obvious. Oh well. Thanks so much!

  • Hey Mark,

No I haven’t figured it put yet. I’m the same way though, would probably make the purchase if I could figure put these issues.

No, I don’t have any black magic products on this system. There is no capture card at all other then the stock fire wire.

I’m having the same issue now. Did anyone ever figure out a fix?
