Thanks. I was having difficulty because the group I was trying to corner pin was super tall (it was a graphic that had to scroll up during the animation). When I tried to corner pin it, every time I moved one corner, the other corners would shift also. After much trial and error, I decided to time out and render the scrolling animation and then corner pin that normal frame sized movie in my final comp. That way corner pinning worked as usual (even though I loose the ability to fine tune the scrolling animation). Anyway, live and learn.
Personally, I like the fact that Apple makes tons of money on other products. If they only made editing software (and were in Avid’s financial situation) I would be much more concerned about the future of their NLE.
Just don’t fall into the trap of assuming RAID5 is bullet proof. A few years ago we had an external (4 drive) RAID set at RAID5 and 2 drives failed. We lost everything. Whatever setup you end up with, in a professional setup it pays to keep additional backups of your raw footage and daily backups of your projects.
