Hi,
I have the same Problem with FCP 5.1.4. . I have more than 1000 Subclips in my Project, but I could scroll to the latest in my Browser. This sucks.
Is this a bug or a wrong system preference?

THX for your reply.
But what have your answer to do with my question? Or have I misunderstood your reply?
I read in the internet from an realtime preview in FCP.
I mean with realtime preview that no render is needed to get an preview.
