I’m having a really weird problem where every once in a while my browser won’t shot everything that’s in it. What happens is, as you scroll down, it stops – like it’s at the end. The scroll bar over on the left reaches the bottom, but there should be much more.

It’s a pretty big project and there is a LOT in the browser, but still, it’s weird. I can fix it sometimes by closing the browser and re-opening it – but sometimes I have to restart FCP entirely.

It’s annoying more than anything, but I’m worried it’s a sign of something deeper. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi,
I have the same Problem with FCP 5.1.4. . I have more than 1000 Subclips in my Project, but I could scroll to the latest in my Browser. This sucks.
Is this a bug or a wrong system preference?

    Regards

For the record, I’m having the same problem. Browser window in list view, scrollbar “hits bottom” and stops scrolling well before the actual bottom of the list, leaving numerous bins and clips unshown.

So far, if I quit FCP and start it again, I get my full browser list back (knock on wood). Annoying though. It’s a project with a fair number of clips but far, far from what I would consider “huge,” perhaps a few hundred clips in 15-20 bins…
