    hey,

are the scratches during the hole clip, or are just some frames damaged? if some frames are damaged try this way: duplicate your footage and place it under of your original layer, nodes whatever. move the duplicated layer about 1-3 frames in time (or more it depends on the movement of your footage). now you can paint, mask the area of scratches out, because you are looking throw your orgiginal layer to the duplicated. it depends on your footage how good this will work.

    hi ruby,

you have to ease your transition keyframes.
-select the keyframes you want to ease and then hit the “F9” button.
(or you press and hold right mouse button, choose keyframe assistent, choose easy ease)

-in the “keyframe interpolation” menue you can choose between other interpolation types as:bezier, linear, hold…..
-or you hit the little arrow in front of the parameter you want to adjust, there you can make more subtile adjustments by changing the litle ancor bezier handles.

if you dont get the “one continuous motion look” decrease the time between you transitions, that you get a overlay of the transitions. check the link, this is a good tutorial about panning and zooming images. https://www.creativecow.net/show.php?forumid=2&page=/articles/dallos_matt/pan_zoom/index.html hope that will fix your problem!

    hi john,

did i get you right, you want to define your own brush?

    – select the desired part of your image with the marque tool (you can also crop it)
    – copy “Ctrl+C” the area
    – open a new document “Ctr+N”
    – paste the selection into it “Ctrl+V”
    – choose “edit” “define pattern” or “define brush”
    – choose a name

mention that you cant use the brush in a bigger size as you created, without scaling.

hope thats what your looking for, greetz

why not, use a resolution about 300 pixel/inch and set the image size to the desired output value. i never had problems with the print quality doing it this way.
