Upgrade the Avid to 4.02. Snow Leopard works fine! Any questions, ask me. I’m using a Mac Pro w/ both Avid and Final Cut.

4.0 is not compatible with Snow Leopard. I had to go back to Leopard when I installed 4.0. Bummer. As for failing to mitigate license, just call them. They’ll take care of you.
