thanks Darby, thats a great tip! i did find the rgb+alpha right after postintg this, i know i exported from sony Vegas with the Alpha channel and every thing is now working fine! thanks for your response!

thanks Simon, i watch your videos on youtube, i really appreciate the time you take to do them. i did find it right after posting, should have known it was in the render tab some where! thanks again

Where did you say you found this? I cant seemt to find it in me CS3 After Effects Export settings. please help having the same issue
