Tried it, as well as replacing the crashing file in windows system 32. In the interim, a new update to after effects came in to “fix bugs.” There were embedded AE comps in each of the jobs that were crashing. So far so good. The jobs I’m working on today are fairly lightweight compared to the ones I worked on last week when the thing crashed 18 times in one day. We’ll see. Thanks

Did you ever get a solution to this? I have the same Issue. Makes no sense. Sometimes, it’s job specific. Is it a 64 bit issue? Curious.
