Well, the ProRes 422 exported o ut great. Except that it exported as an .mov and Amazon requires an .mp4. So I’m still stuck. 🙁

Thanks! I read the mezzanine article on the Amazon page earlier, but it didn’t do much for me. I’m looking more for step by step instructions.

The video tutorial on Media Encoder is good, but it seems like just a general tutorial. I’m already familiar with Media Encoder. What I’m looking for is step by step specifics and settings on how to render out specifically for a mezzanine file intended for Amazon.

Currently, I’m trying AnotherGui w2ith ffmpeg, and using it to render out ProRes 422 on a PC. Hope it works!

Surprisingly, I threw in the same .mov into Handbrake, with no problem, and a compressed output with crystal clarity. Weird.

I’ll definitely take a look at it. I was able to calm the fluctuation between cool and warm white by putting it in Premiere, and using color correction to essential desaturate it a bit. But any time I try to add a bit more contrast the fluctuation comes right back. I’m rendering out what might be my last try on this. But maybe I’ll push the final product through this auto grader.

As an aside, I’m going to be adding this process to the footage. I’ve used it before, and find it superior to many plugins, and even Neat Video in some cases. I know this is probably amateur stuff for you, but I thought I’d pass it along:
