    Hello,

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

I’m new to Amazon Prime Video Direct, and I’m having a bit of trouble uploading my .mp4 file. They won’t take it, apparently, I need a mezzanine file of some sort. I’ve been looking all over the internet for a step by step guide as to how to export a mezzanine file from Premiere, or how to generate one from Handbrake. But all I can find are descriptions as to what a mezzanine file is, which aren’t very helpful. I’d also be open to using Media Encoder CS6 if that’s a possibility.

What I’m looking for is a step by step guide as to what settings to use in my export.

    Can anyone help?

I’m running Adobe CS6, on a Windows 7 machine. I know I need to upgrade, but it’s not in the budget at this time.

    Thanks again!
