    Hi, Henry.

You have posted a question re the multi-camera editing here.(Multi-camera Monitor is Blank ?)
-> Several days ago i do a multi-camera editing. between 3 cameras. Today i wanted to make some changes and the multicamrea monitor is all black. The timeline is mulitcamera enable. The multicamera configuration is displayed in the Source monitor if I double clip the timeline. . . but I want to use the Multicamera Montior to redo some clips. . and it is a blank display. Any suggestion ? ?
    Thanks – Hap

How did you find the solution? I have struggled to get it going, but it was hopeless so I forgot about it and did it manually for long time. Now I need it desperately for another project.
    Please allow me your experience.

    Hi,Jon.
I have the same problem like you. Did you find any solution?

I followed your advice as such ‘make sure the multi-camera enabled nested sequence has that video layer targeted, if there are no targeted tracks or the target is on another track that is blank it won’t show up’. But It didn’t help at all. I read the help files and tried everything from the scratch, but wasn’t successful.

Please let me have your idea. Thanks.

    Hi, hap123.
I have the same problem like you. Did you find any solution? I have been trying to solve this problem for long, but in vain.

Followed Jon Barrie’s advice. (make sure the multi-camera enabled nested sequence has that video layer targeted, if there are no targeted tracks or the target is on another track that is blank it won’t show up.) But It didn’t help at all. I read the help files and tried everything from the scratch, but wasn’t successful.

February 28, 2009 at 5:46 am in reply to: Is it possible to do this highlight effect with menu items?

I am still not sure to deal with Encore 2.0 professionally. Regarding the issue above, I modified the template(menu) PSD file in the Encore and changed the button to my own design with blending effect(color overlay, bevel and drop shadow), and flattened and imported to the template(menu) PSD file in the Button folder(above the (%) Video). Set the highlight button named (=1) Highlight, but the effect doesn’t work at all in my Encore project. Even when followed the instruction by Aileen, the whole colour of the button has changed to the original template button colour.
I feel it is very weird. Please let me advised what I did wrong. Or is this any kind of Encore bug? Aileen, can you send me any samples if it helps? Thanks.
