Wow, sorry for the super late reply! I actually figured out the problem, and it was just as you said. Whatever format/s I was using did not play well with AE. Apparently AE is extremely picky on the format and type of audio you import.

I am still learning lots of new stuff everyday, LOL.

OK, thanks guys. I went ahead an bought a 4 foot by 12 foot piece of bright green fabric at Walmart. So far, it is working good but like mentioned, I am getting some annoying shadows/wrinkles. Would this be avoided if I used brighter lighting?

Thanks a lot for the reply! It really helped me understand it more. I was mainly concerned about making slow motion effects using Twixtor, and 29.97 FPS just wasn’t working well.
