Its the library I created and bapthised myself that seems to be a problem with re-opening… that I spend to many hours on to just let go… There are no icons that shows that anything ever existed in there… and even if it contains 55mb of size the program doesnt want to open it.

Actually this has happend once before with a specially designed library and it doesnt feel good that PI put them in the dump just because its my own design!

By the way… if there is limitations in PI I would like to know them before I go on with this very time consuming creation of emitters that just dissapears after hours of hard work!

    PS.

    1. Are there any possible way that you can open a file in any other program to see what it really contains or if there is a strange behaviour connecter to it?

    2. Can there be a problem because I have used animated sequenses to create my emitters?

Wow! I guessed it was something like this with that draft button… but I would like to add a question that drives me mad. Theres used to be a function that were helpful. But now it seems to have dissapeared… Earlier when I moved the mouse over a button an info text appeared… but not anylonger??? Do you know how to get that function back on the track again?

    Hi!

I use the latest version of After FX that was a part of the Adobe Video Collection I bought a while ago. (v 6.5.0.97)

And yes, I admit I am a lazy cow that hate manuals… so sorry I am leaching on your skills…

By the way, I bought some Trapcode plugins, (Particulation, Shine, Lux, Echospace and 3D stroke). In the tutorials supplied by Trapcode on their website they show the After FX interface. And when showing the 3D button on the After FX timeline it doesnt look as the one in After FX 6.5. They show a single cube… but in my version its a cube with a small spere on top of it. Is this the same function?

    Hi!

Actually I just wanted to add a Basic Text from the Effects panel to this Adjustment Layer… but maybe theres another alternative adding this text except for adding it onto an adjustment layer.

    Hi!

    YOU WROTE:

either precompose the adjustment layer with the text layer or then apply the blur effect on the text layer

If we look at the second alternative in your answer, thats exactly what I did… only applied the blur effect to the adjustment text layer on top. And still, the blurred effect appears on the background layer?
