Ah, I did not know that Open GL has limitations of it’s own. My apologies to the Invigorator.
What websites, documentation, etc. would you recommend reading through to understand the differences between OpenGL and standard render engines?

Ha! Yep! I’ve gotten that too. Don’t expect fast render speeds once you throw the Invigorator into the mix.
    It takes time to INVIGORATE…ugh

One tip, switch to “Invigorator Renderer” instead of openGL. That will speed things up.
From there, you’ll have to mess with the “Object Faceting” settings in the Invig. Set-up Window under the object tab.
You You can also turn off “Back Faces” under the same tab, only if you will never need to see the back side. One less thing to render.

“Good luck, save multiple versions often, and keep an archive.” – the Invigorator User’s Motto

    Matt,

Thanks for looking into my post. The link I included was a tutorial by Jon Okerstrom. I figured if he could get it to work, then I could. WRONG.
Serge Hamad nailed it. I had it set to “Open GL” instead of “Invig. Renderer.”
Pretty lame that there needs to be such a workaround. It makes things limited in terms of the final look. It should just work either way.

    Thanks for your help,
    J

    Serge,

That was the problem. I had it set to “Open GL” instead of “Invig. Renderer.”

    Thanks again for your help!
