    Sorry to bring back an old thread. But, what settings did you tweak?

    AE gives me this error when I try to render a comp that contains a large illustrator file (610kb) that’s continually rasterized. I know this is causing the problem, but I want to know if there’s a way to work around it before I rework my entire design. The illustrator file is all text. Would it work better if I converted it to paths? Or exported it as a PDF?

    I’m running an early 08 mac pro octo core with 6gb of RAM and AE CS4.
