Thanks for all the tips. I tried everything both of you suggested but unfortunately nothing has solved the problem other than the cumbersome work around of disconnecting the SDI cable and then re-connecting it. I think we have a lemon K-box. The tech here is looking into getting it replaced. It’s not even a month old.
