The same documentaion exsists for the titler as for youtr other products. their are even a few tutorials out for the titler and i belive a webanir is schedualed some time this month. But i dont see how your past performance with other products is an excuse for releasing a new product that dont seem to work. True it was free with the pro 11 but it seems to be full of bugs too. Are we being used as a beta thing or has some thing failed here. If we use your thinking it would be ok to open a new bridge without making sure that it worked becuse the bulider has had prior secuess in buliding less complcated bridges. How about a statment from sony and newblue telling use what has happened and what is being done about it you know a little damage controll help a fella out.

As far as bying any of your proven products it may be a time before i go their becuse i will always think will your product work with the next version of vegas pro.

This issue is about peoples trust in a company and most of all their hard earnd money.

my ansewr from newbluefx tec support is that a new build will be out in the next two weeks.

it is fustrating to have this buggy stuff but for the price i find it hard to complain too much.

it would be nice it sony and newblue would put out some kind of statment telling us what is going on.

i also find it hard to buy any other product from newblue.
