I just created a new account, logged into that one and opened the same file but nothing is different.

The media is on my desktop and I’ve dragged and dropped it and also just imported it normally. If I import mp3’s or pictures, they show up but any video file has that weird exclamation point.

I’ve tried both and I don’t see a difference.
