This depends on how devoted to your work you are. After effects, i think is a great program, but i have spent many hours learning it as quick as possible. You can produce great things and they will get better as you do.

There is the tutorial, and with the blowing dust sorry until i get my new CPU i can not even try it. You could just use particle playground and a shape mask like this one to make it look like its being blown away like dust. ill get back when i can.
