Hi MArco,

You are quite right i think.

The footage was from 5d mk2 shot at 29.97 fps, ingested with FCP via the E1 plugin. Then conformed to 25 fps, as i wanted it to slow down a little and didn’t need the audio. BUT i guess that the reconform after the ingest and generation of TC messed up the files.

2nd time around i started out reconforming the original files (copies of them of course) and then ingested them and created timecode and woila….it all worked out!
