I ended up reinstalling. It worked.
Sorry for all the trouble, but I REALLY wanted to leave this as a last resort.

Don’t see anything. Nothing happens at all. The top bar that has the minamize option and exit option flashes as if I’m selecting and deselecting it. That’s all.

The only thing that happened was the task bar was moved around…
I feel so stupid right now.

Still won’t let me do anything to it. -_- Is there an unlock option that I should be aware of?

Are you talking about the task bar on the SIDE or the one at the top? Cause I tried the top one and it won’t let me re size it.

Yep. I tried that too. Nothing happened, it just started faster.
Hmmm….I wish I could, but I’m afraid I don’t know how to take snapshots like that. T_T Reinstalling would be a lot of trouble…So I’m trying to find a way to fix it. I’m sure it can be fixed, I just can’t seem to figure it out. XD I mean, the program still works, I just want my Pan/Crop effects back. XD
