Hi Shane,

thanks for your reply.
but i’m talking about DV, not uncompressed.
i think a powerbook should be able to handle 2 streams of 3.6mb/sec each, or not?

thanks for the link!
but for me, in this case, it would be much better if i could export directly from my fcp–timeline to mpeg1.
how did the mpeg1 encoder disappear from my computer??? i know it worked.

i already have the latest version of compressor (1.2.1)….
i also already had the option for mpeg1 encoding, but somehow it disappeared.
