please,
can you tell me, if i want to work for A TV resolution (PAL),
what are the exact settings that should i set in C4D and FCP
for “a not bad quality” that my I mac (core 2 duo 3.06mhz / 12 GB ram)

can handle the editing of the C4D sequences on FCP, without drop frame or playback problem on FCP time line
