I still can’t find out what the bands are for AVX? Someone told me that the UK band is the same as the US domestic cordless telephone band?? And ….if I want to use an AVX system in say South America, I need to know what the three bands are to work out what’s best in various South American countries?

Erm …. the problem is not to do with how the file are generated or named … it’s an Audition monitoring issue …the audio is there ….I just can’t select it to to hear it …

I don’t get how to select both clips in the timeline ..I only seem to be able to select one or the other ?

OK … I’m a MUCH newer newbie than the original poster with no previous experience of any editing …..but here I am staring at two clips. The original bit of video had an linked audio. that’s sitting in the timeline. I then took the audio recorded offboard on a recorder, took it into Audition, improved it ( lots of background noise ) and have imported it into PP. I then synched the new good audio to the video using merge by audio. Then unlinked the video from it’s original audio and threw the latter away. NOW ..as per the original poster I don’t know how to link the mute video to it’s new audio track. I can’t ‘select’ two tracks in the timeline can I ? So how do I merge them?
