I don’t think you need pre pro meetings or any kind of Production sheet for a wedding, man. It’s more like “you’ll be on the 5D getting close ups and I’ll stay wide. See ya there at 6.”

Not for most documentaries but anytime you are faking a multicam shoot it’s crucial.

No. You don’t want auto dancin’ on ya as lighting changes.

I have no worries just using Avid’s color corrector, a color effect, or sapphire’s filmlook.

What balance to house lights if you do it at all as lighting will change during the song. Shoot the whole song, not just what you think you want. You’ll need cutaways. Dpending on the song and vibe, swish pans may be totally fine. Color grade each shot to your liking… for this reason, I usually run preset when shooting live music.

Going out of your way to not little experience is probably not the best way to present yourself. I’d go the other way and showcase the coolness the company has done over the last couple of years.
