I have an EX-1 (not r) I am trying to stream via uStream. I cannot get my camera to be recognized by Flash Media Encoder. Is this even possible? Any help for streaming on Mac from an EX-1 would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

I am using AE CS4 and Reflector 1.0, I think. I downloaded a CS4 updater script. Here is a link to download a QT file:

Thanks for all of your help on this.

Thanks, I have viewed the tutorial and got this figured out yesterday. Now I have a new problem though. Here is my render from the project.

    mms://wm1.riverbendmedia.com/iphc/Personal/Opener_Test-1.wmv

As you can see, The reflections fly in from the top and do not fade with my Text Layers. In AE, when I move in the timeline, the reflections mess up but when I hit Update Frame, they are fixed. If I hit Update Comp though they look crazy again. And, as you can see, they are not rendering accurately.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Is there a way, in Lightwave, to change the UV map to one that Invigorator can understand?

    Thanks,

I tried the scale down during import but it gives me the same crazy scaling. I exported to Lightwave format but I cannot import a Lightwave or 3D Studio object. Is there something special you have to do with Invigorator to import LW or 3DS obejects? Or do you have to export out of LW as a .ZXO format.

This is extremely frustrating. Thanks for all of your help though, it is greatly appreciated!

    Jon,

I finally figured this out. Thanks for sticking with me. I am new to Invigorator and it took me a while to get this through my head. I go it going though. Thanks!

I have also noticed in AE, inside 3D Invig., when I down size my cube, it also scales down my applied pre-comp.

    Thanks for any help.

I guess. How do you make your cube the same size as your pre-comp? I have a 720X 480 pre-comp. Here is the problem though. I am wanting to have the camera fly over a soccer field that has a flat image of the earth and a JumpBack composited into it. I have the field, Jumpback and map composited into a pre-comp. When I apply the pre-comp in Invig, it does not fill the cube. Is there no way in 3D Invig. to tell the program to stretch the image to fit the face of the Cube, Plane, or whatever you are using it on?

Does this make sense to you?

    Thanks!

I tried this pre-comp idea but can’t seem to get it to work. I was wondering if you could give a more detailed explanation of this. I am very frustrated at the dificulty of using BCC5 open GL filters. They look great but are very cumbersome.

    I appreciate your help though.

I am somewhat new to using Boris Red with FCP to but I have been placing a slug from FCP video Generators, the desired length of my effect on the FCP Sequence I am working on and then placing my Boris Red filter onto the slug. Then Double-Click your slug and open the Filters tab on your FCP viewer and you should see a Boris Red Logo. Double-Click on it and this should launch Boris Red from FCP 4. I hope this works for you. If you finder a less cumbersome way of goiing about this, please let me know. Remember, Boris Red is a Plug-In and FCP luanches it.

    Good Luck and God Bless,
