Why can’t I see a Frame displayed of the First Frame of that Original Event? I can in the Rendered. Also, what’s that Project-Wide FX you’ve got applied?

[Mike Kujbida] “Treva, Quantize to Frames should always be enabled. “

    Yup, that’ll do it.

  • [Kell Hymer] “The problem source clip is 23.976 fps, progressive”

Hmm… I’ve got one camera that does 23.976fps Progressive and VP is silky smooth. Please try MediaInfo to give us a report, just to make sure? Any chance to upload a small sample?

[Treva Mello] “Vegas always renders loop region bigger than it is, it adds about 00:00:00.01 in the beginning and in the end.”

How do you know? Where are you seeing this incorrect length?

  • [Brent Holland] “Suggestions?”

    Something is choking VP.

1] Make sure all that Media complies with your Project Settings. This helps VP to do the Math calculations and not get choked.

2] RAM set aside is for Building Ram Previews. Try reducing to 100.

    3] Turn OFF GPU.

Brent, something is choking VP and/or your Settings asking too much of VP.

BTW, what is the list of your Media variables? What are your Project Settings?
