Media Manager was great, and I miss it, for other reasons than Note Taking. Project Notes is a poor imitation of MM. I’m using it now, but it’s got a long way to go. However, I will say this, PN does make me become more focused on the Narrative and not commit time and energy to being retentive with the process, MM could do that to me, or rather I allowed it to 😉!
But yes, a Global summation of summaries of Projects would be good, I guess 🤔?

In your FIRST sample you have TWO Keyframes. In the SECOND sample you only have ONE Keyframe. I think that is your issue. Your first sample isn’t showing what is controlling what. Starting over is a better way. I do it ALL the time! 😉

Just as feedback, for you, I’m screaming through Renders on my RTX3080. Often in near-50% of real-time Event length.
