  • [Angelo Mike] “A ha, fixed it! Turns out I had “Ignore Event Grouping” enabled for some reason.”

Yup, been there, done that….. Got the T shirt! From personal experience you’ll also forget it, and come back and ask again! Maybe you won’t. I find the search facility is one way I can redeem my ego.

  • [Carlos Silva] “Does anyone know if it is possible?”

As part of standard playback? Not aware of a way to do this.

[Ed Evans] “Is it possible to permanently remove the relationship between the audio and the video that I have ungrouped?”

    Yes, 2 options, maybe more:

1] Create a SubClip. This makes a TAKE of the UnGrouped Video and the PINK goes. The drawback that that SubClip is only available to that Project.

2] Render out that Video and you can have it anywhere – as long you remember where it was you put it!

[Ed Evans]“What is it trying to tell me and, if you happen to know, what feature do I read up on to understand this in detail?“

When the Video and Audio have been ungrouped and become unsynced by UNGROUPING we are warned with that tint. Ungrouped Video and Audio has advantages, but if you don’t want this then resync the Video to Audio and press G to Group.

    [Antonis Rozakis] “thats good news..”

    Spectacular news indeed.

Not just the content, John, which is heartwarming, but that Gary must have been given the permission from MAGIX to make this news public. So, in this new dawn of openness, it would appear, dearest VegHeads, we are going to be knocking on an opening and opened MAGIX-Agenda Portal.

I truly look forward to being once more involved with any future BETA developments for VEGAS-MAGIX (or what ever it is to be called . . . . ) – I’m rolling up my sleeves in anticipation!

    Graham “Grazie” Bernard
