I can see you’ve extended the length of each Text Event. As a result you may have inadvertently introduced/added “flutter” as a result. There are reasons for this. I would reset all those text events to the lengths. Just to doubly check this use the “Render to a New Track” tool or do a RAM Build.

Bottom line here you shouldn’t be getting this. I’m sure we’ll get a solution.

Can you Dropbox it to me?

You’ve definitely got an outta control Tilt going on. I’m sure I can do better.

When you go to render do you get any option to render a Region? Or selection?

Unless I’ve misunderstood, this is basic stuff.

If you have 1000 trimmed clips and you want the first 500 trimmed clips highlight that selection those first 500 and render that selection.

  • Also go to your temp directory for Vegas and checkout the “zombie” instances of VEG and UNDO/REDO files.

We’ve asked for a better housekeeper to be active whilst VP closes.

[Roger Bansemer] “Is anyone else beside me having trouble with Mercalli stabilization “

    Nope, working here in VP13/14.

You’ve just gotta a new PC. Did you download a new installer or use an old one?

  • [Eric Clinch] “Us in PAL land can play NTSC discs on our DVD players.”

Excellent point Eric. Let’s see what Amanda says.

  • Amanda, you could try popping the DVD into the tray and within Vegas import it and see what happens. There are other free or cheap NTSC to PAL options. I’ve used COPY DVD software and I can elect to what output I need.

I’m sure we all can assist with a solution.
