Nope, working here in VP13/14.
You’ve just gotta a new PC. Did you download a new installer or use an old one?

June 18, 2017 at 1:27 amMercalli is quite ok Roger, its therefore some system conflict interfering with its processing!

June 18, 2017 at 4:14 pmI have VERY mixed results with Mercali. There used to be a preset (this was numerous version ago) for just smoothing out video pans and so forth. I have tried and tried to make one that doesn’t follow a persons movements and have yet to have good results.
I shoot a lot of plays and so forth, so my main focus doesn’t usually just STAND and not move. Mercali always seems to follow head and hand movements which makes the stabilization worse.Xavier (Scott) Francis

June 19, 2017 at 10:26 amHere’s an example of the Mercalli not working for me.
This is not that shaky a shot to begin with and Mercalli makes it worse.

You’ve definitely got an outta control Tilt going on. I’m sure I can do better.

June 19, 2017 at 12:50 pmI just installed Mercalli 3 and it works great. I can’t figure out why V4 is causing such issues.

Hey Roger, I think you might be on to something here! How to make good footage look like it is handheld, Blair Witch Project style! Ha! Ha!

June 24, 2017 at 10:48 pmTo recap… my video event using Mercalli 4 as a Vegas plugin gives me worse than the original event results.
So I emailed Mercalli and sent them the event to see if they could trouble shoot the problem.
They were very nice and replied promptly. Here is what they said but I’m still not clear at all what I need to do.
Can anyone give me a clearer picture of what the solution is?
(by the way, when I put the same event in Mercalli 3 standalone it does a great job.
Roger
—————-Hello,
Thanks for your request again.
Your video is interlaced. Please use the correct project setting in Vegas, depended of your video properties.
Then analyse/stabilize your video again.
You received much better results with progressive video material with Mercalli v4.
Please check.
with kind regards
