you would have to keyframe between areas of the greatest variation with an auto color (if you want to use autocolor) and let the machine adjust the inbetweens.
I wouldn’t try to do every frame, you will just get flickers in the color. Let the box do a gradual change between them.
Try breaking the shot into halves with your keyframes…then halves again, and see what you end up with.

Sounds like you keyframed the inversion of the window. (which i’m not sure I knew was possible…)
but my guess is you were perhaps at the start of the shot, created a circle, turned on keyframing, went to the middle the shot, changed the colour attributes to darken the circle, turned on invert circle and hit play. When the clip goes back to the start, the invert has not been registered?just a guess.

I’m more worried that you are using dnx 36 material on a timeline, and exporting it as 185x, thinking you are gaining some advantage with that footage.
Typically Dnx 36 should not be part of your final export.

Not sure it would work, but there are programs like x-mouse and USB Overdrive that allow you to map key commands from specific programs to mouse buttons, or roller actions.
A stream deck might also work for you to transfer those commands to a panel.
Curious as to what is different about your new system. I’m assuming you are still running the same os

Either too large of an export format, or perhaps an ofx plugin?

On windows, backspace removes the object without ripple. Del does a ripple delete.

Most key odds have two keys that both do some delete function. Might be labeled DEL…Delete…Backspace..depends on your system…what ever button you are hitting, try the other button.
On resolve, one deletes and closes the hole…the other doesn’t close the hole.

You probably need to look at your output scaling settings, vs your monitoring settings, vs your delivery output size. Somebody is doing a center cut, while somebody else is doing a scale to fit.
You re outputting hd, not 4k correct?

One of the reasons to use the stand alone fusion rather than the built in fusion…things like this are way easier.
There may be a way of decomposing the clip, swapping out the source, and then jumping out to the main timeline again….i honestly don’t use fusion in Resolve too much…
But this should work.
I would suggest you put your new clip at the end of the timeline.Go to your original fusion tree and copy everything.
turn your new clip into a fusion clip, and paste everything.
now do your connection change.Then put that fusion clip in the proper place in the timeline.
The fusion clip is registering that original clip on the timeline as the master of the domain, but it will easily let you copy complex trees from other comps into that domain.
