Okay regarding proress how would i output proress on a windows pc. And what about h.264would ou recommened that?

Ive used the exact same settings in ae and premiere as I did in my previous film. I shoot on canon 5d mark 3 at 24 fps, and it shows in ae as 23.976 and this has never caused an issue and its still not. My problem got solved when I went into the settings in AME and realized it was set to 30fps.

Hey thanks for the reply, I set the the display in media encoder settings to 24 since it was set to 30. I have shot 24fps on the camera itself and im outputting to 24fps for cinema.

Thanks for the reply. Both my projects are the same settings, I have double checked and the second project is just a different save of the 1st project.

The main diff I see is in cineware, in my 1st project the movement is a little ahead compared to my second one.

When you say to proress what exactly do you mean? And one more question when I export to AVI YUV 422 my premiere does not recognize it, why is that?

And just as a side note im working on a Windows system.
