yes, the sound in the file is good and workink well. By the way, if i’m converting the file in convertor software ( to: AVI or MPG or wmv ) so I do get the sound into the premier. still, I would like to solve this problem to import VOB fils only by changing the name from video.VOB to video.mpg

    hope for help
    best regards

    Hi Vince!

ye you are right i did set up a Standard DV sequence ( the source is wide so i gues it just jumpd you in the keabord 🙂

and yeh… you right again, I saw that the original file is not DV AV, it’s MPEG4(xvid)
    ( I have a big pray that i didn’t writ something stupid ))
so it’s good to know that!

by the way… in the same breath, i have to send most of the videos i make in the mail. what is your recommendation for best encoding format for less size and still best quality from the big big list of premiere?
    like if i’m having 300M and i nead 7M up to 12M?
usualy I’m using format: Windows Media – codec :Windows Media Video9 and changing the setting ( but it just because i didnt try everithing )

sorry for the long letter, and posting another post inside a post, but its something that i’m fighting with a long time

    However best regards :0)

thanks for answering and sorry about the english
i’m talking about spining a wheel that i paste from a JPG
make it turn over and over

i have a video of an empty road ( in medium shot )
i took a picture of a truck and i’m making the truck crossing the screen from left to right ( with the Motion effect )
i took the wheels of the truck that i cut and separated with photoshop and now i want to make the wheels spining when the truck passing over so it wont look so much like a “picture” crossing

is this the effect that you ment?

    wishing an happy weekend
    and graet thanks
