    hi guys

    i wanted to know how can i take a picture ( in my case its a car wheel ) and make it rolling for few secents

    Not sure what you mean by Roll. Old TV sets used to roll the picture, the effect is called Vertical Hold.
    Rotate can be done in the Effects Controls Palette under Motion.

    i’m talking about spining a wheel that i paste from a JPG
    make it turn over and over

    i have a video of an empty road ( in medium shot )
    i took a picture of a truck and i’m making the truck crossing the screen from left to right ( with the Motion effect )
    i took the wheels of the truck that i cut and separated with photoshop and now i want to make the wheels spining when the truck passing over so it wont look so much like a “picture” crossing

    is this the effect that you ment?
