Just use Ableton Live with your selected clips and you’ll have the beat grid you need to do everything in sync with the audio. I use it also for audio production but it can be used for video as well. It doesn’t support any video effect at the moment unless you use Max for live plugins from Cycling ’74 (e.g. vizzable or v-module).
