Okay, here is something I found…

Sound like a good deal? I would prefer to have the install discs for the rest of this stuff, though, so I could wipe the harddrive.

Thank you guys very much. I can tell already that this is a good forum and that there are people out there willing to help. My interest in something is always tenacious. I did an audio to film project many years ago when I first moved to California. I did it just to entertain myself. But i did it with my CD player, a tascam 4 track, a vhs player, a beta player and my tv. A one hour project took me about a year to do manually like this (in my spare time of course). It came out cool, but it sounds like crap. I can’t wait to do it again. I enjoyed the whole engineering of it and looked into it and sort of fell into audio engineering instead. Sorta got diverterd, now I’m trying to get back to where I started. Thanks. Without a doubt, I will have many more questions.

Hi Tom and Shane, thanks for responding. I was interested in Mac monitors. But, they are really expensive. I’m just getting started, so I will purchase a NTSC monitor later. I need to get a grip on the basic tools first. So, as I understand with the Mac setup, I don’t necessarily need to buy Mac monitors. I want to have two monitors for the basic set up of bins on one side and canvas/view on the other.
