I figured it out. My source was 59.94p, not “i”, so I had to transcode into 720p 59.94 and then open then bin in my 23.976 project. It’s only my offline so the resolution change doesn’t make a difference.

Thanks for the response.

So my last question is when I have my clip on the timeline of the 23.976 project, I basically open the motion effect that has automatically been applied to the clip, and then select “promote” option next to “motion adapter”… but then what?

I don’t see the option to adjust the speed to 1:1…
