I’m wanting to render and move 16 bit files from AE (PC) and color correct and edit on FC (Mac) with a finished product using ProRes – is the image sequence the way to go for the transer to Mac?

Sorry to get in on this late – I was wondering if you know what the loss would be like if I render out R3D with the Animation codec from AE to FC for color correction and do the final render there with ProRes4444?

Thanks everyone for the help. I am using the newest version of AE. It does look like I need to download all the updates from Adobe for AE to except the r3d files. I have not had the opportunity to try it but will post back with the results. I also found this post which verifies the need to update.
