thanks for the link, btw the radiowave seem able to achieved the basic result. but what I really wanna know is how the camera able to fly tru the shapes in 3D environment ? and how expression able to push “shapes” repeated over and over again ?

If you have a static image made in Illustrator, save as jpec and import to AE, then apply:

Effects & Presets > distort > Turbulent display > change the setting
