Bob, I have the Content Management Utility installed on my 64 bit Dell XPS laptop and it works fine. Did you make sure to plug the camera in during the installation? If you just try plugging the FMU128 in instead of the camera itself the installation will not run, but once it is installed you can then plug the FMU128 in directly.

The problem was resolved with the Version 2.0 firmware upgrade. If your camera has the version 1.0 firmware installed, download the version 2.0 firmware upgrade at the URL below…
