Alright. I have an external monitor and I’m also viewing the canvas at 100%. After searching the internet with someone with the same problem, I found a thread on this website actually where someone told the person to change their Quicktime Compression settings to “8 bit Uncompressed.” I tried that and it worked! But my exported file was so huge, my computer’s processor couldn’t even handle playing it. The file was less than a minute long and over 5 GB. So now that I know that its the compression that’s giving me problems,
which is another compression option that I can use that will clear up the blurriness but wont make my file incredibly huge?

I was having the same problem. 8 bit uncompressed worked. GENIUS!

Well I guess I’ll use standard HD then. Youre right I dont know what I was thinking. The contest didnt specify a resolution. But my original problem still isnt solved. Also. I found out that it’s doing it for every image, even if it is not on top of a video. As soon as I render any image, it becomes blurrier.

Yeah. I’m really unsure what to do. I want it to be high res because I’m sending it to a contest to be used as a visual in a concert if I win. 720×480 seemed too small to be projected that large but HD footage is in 16×9. And I wanted it to be in 4:3. So I just used the resolution of the images that they supplied to use.

Sequence settings are: 1500×1200
Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square
Field Dom: Lower (Even)And the image is a layered .FCP file of the same resolution.
I’m not exactly sure what information would help here, so tell me if tha’s not enough.
