In fact I realised that I explained what I want the wrong way :
What I need to do is to take one frame every 10 frames (or so) and put it in the timeline and strecht that frame for 10 frames and cross/dissolve with the next frame and so on !
I can do that in Premiere, but I was wondering if there is a easiest way to do it in AE ?
If you have a clue or any idea to help !!!
