No I have not. Dang Drivers too? I always assumed that the latest drivers would be the best. Your saying to me now that there is a place on the Adobe site that I can check for driver cambatibility for that card? Maybe I can ask PNY too they should know.

So your saying the latest drivers may not always be be a good fit for Premiere Pro & Cineform.

Try a new (old) driver first then try to uninstall & reinstall Cineform? In that order?

Before I do all this I think I going to try to capture some new footage off the camera and see what happens.

Latest version Cneform & I do not have a capture card I’m using firewire (camera to comp). I have been editing CFHD avi files for over a year now with no real problem.

btw: Looks like all my DV foootage is playing good everywhere, no problems there. I was thinking I had to reinstall PP2.

ok but let me go back a bit here.

I was having trouble with CFHD files playing in Windows media player 11 either stuttering, stop & go, or loss of audio sync. I decided to change video cards to a Adobe certified type. When I made the switch the problem only got worst but only on CFHD avi files all other video format file types are playing correctly.

So I installed the free Neo Player from Cineform now all my CFHD avi files play (smaller but no more stuttering etc. problems). However on the Premiere Pro timeline they are upside down and green.

Just uninstalled Neo Player and now I have no video playback (only audio) of any CFHD files either in Premire Pro 2 timeline or outside of i.e. Windows Media Player.

In WM11 its now looking for the Cineform Codec.

What a mess.
